Communicating with players about ways to keep gambling safer is an important part of any RG program. In this session, speakers from OLG and Camelot will update us on their RG programs, providing insight into tools used to promote healthy play, how players are using these tools, the development of messaging and more. OLG will update us on its MyPlaySmart program, including performance, data on how players use the program and its effect, future plans for the program and its importance in RG programming and evaluation.
