PlaySmart Centres (PSC) are located in Ontario land based gambling venues and staffed by Responsible Gambling Council employees. In the Centres, players can take a break from gambling and learn more about how the games work through interactive game kiosks, videos or simply talking to one of the very knowledgeable PlaySmart Centre staff. Players chat with professionally-trained PlaySmart Centre staff, learn answers to gambling questions and get connected with counselling and support professional if they are experiencing problems with gambling.
