Director, Standards and Accreditation

RGC is seeking a Director, Standards and Accreditation to oversee the development and implementation of standards for the gaming industry and deliver accreditations that position RGC as a leader in the field. The Director will also lead the business development of the program with existing and potential clients as well as contribute to the overall business strategy of RGC as a member of the Executive Management Team. Fostering government relations and maintaining stakeholder relationships are also key elements of this role.

PlaySmart Part-Time Program Representative (Grand River)

The Council is seeking one (1) part-time Service Coordinator for its expanded PlaySmart Centre located at Elements Casino Grand River in Elora, ON. The Centres provide on-site information about safer play and many other topics about responsible gambling. The Centre staff also provides immediate assistance and referrals to patrons who may be concerned about their own gambling or that of someone close to them. Staff must be available to work shifts between the hours of 10:00am -11:00pm (subject to change), with most shifts scheduled for the weekends.

PlaySmart Casual Service Coordinator (Ajax)

The Council is seeking one (1) permanent, Casual Service Coordinator for its PlaySmart Centre at Casino Ajax. The PlaySmart Centre is a place where all players can get facts, tools and advice. The Centre will provide on-site information about safer play and a wide range of topics. Staff will also offer immediate assistance and referrals to players who may be concerned about their own gambling or someone close to them. Staff must be available to work shifts between the hours of 10:00am – 2:00am, 7 days a week.

PlaySmart Part-Time Program Representative (Eastern Ontario)

The Council is seeking one (1) permanent, Casual, Program Representative for its PlaySmart Centres in Kingston, Hawkesbury, Pembroke and Ottawa area. The PlaySmart Centre Program Representative assists with ongoing educational events, providing information about safer play. Candidates must be flexible to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. The rate of remuneration is $18.00 per hour.
