The RGC Centre for the Advancement of Best Practices promotes the identification and adoption of best practices to reduce the incidence of problem gambling.
What the RGC Centre Does
- Analyzes best practices in responsible gambling, problem gambling prevention and risk reduction
- Supports decision makers in the pursuit of workable measures likely to reduce problem gambling, such as self-exclusion programs
- Brings together problem gambling specialists, gaming providers, researchers and gamblers to seek a shared understanding and solutions to gambling-related problems, for example at forums for Insight Projects
- Publishes independent standards for responsible gambling initiatives that is used to inform RG Check, an accreditation program created by the Responsible Gambling Council
